Valuations
For purposes of this website, the valuation of the Notes is determined in accordance with the terms of FRS 102, Fair Value Measurement. Generally, the calculation agent and our accounting services value investments at their market price if market quotations are readily available, with a discount in the case of restricted securities. In the absence of observable market prices, valuations may incorporate management’s own assumptions and involve a significant degree of judgment, taking into consideration a combination of internal and external factors, including the appropriate risk adjustments for non-performance and liquidity risks.
