pursue this goal, the fund invests primarily in high-quality, short-term

Investment Strategy
The Flex-funds Money Market Fund seeks to provide
investors with competitive yields that place the Fund among the top 10% of
yields for all general purpose money market funds monitored by Lipper,
Inc.for all time periods.
To achieve this goal, The Money Market Fund presently
holds only first-tier securities that present minimal credit risk and are
rated in one of the top two short-term categories by leading credit rati
ng agencies. Up to 5% of the Fund's portfolio may be held in second-tier
securities. The Fund only purchases securities with remaining maturities
of 397 calendar days or less, and seeks to maintain a dollar-weighted
average portfolio maturity of 90 days or less.
Moreover, The Money Market Fund is able to offer
competitive yields relative to other general purpose money market funds by
aggressively reducing fund expenses and management fees. The Fund's
Investment Advisor has voluntarily waived a portion of its management fee
or voluntarily absorbed expenses every year since 1985 in order to boost
the yield of the Fund.
Investors in The Money Market Fund also enjoy great
benefits such as free check writing, exchanges, and withdrawals. Checks
can be written against your Flex-funds Money Market Fund account for as
little as $100. Additionally, your cancelled checks will be returned to
you at no charge -- a service most other money market funds do not
offer.
With the advantages of competitive yields,
convenience, and flexibility, The Flex-funds Money Market Fund makes an
ideal choice for short-term investments, whether you are seeking current
income or a liquid "parking place" for your money.
